A fantastic service and support team. We have given them a variety of complex and challenging tasks, including rebuilding our website and they have been executed without issue- both on time and within budget. To single out a team member would be unfair, as we have found them all to be incredibly supportive and patient with us all, no matter how tech-savvy they are.

Optima are fantastic at helping us manage the IT components of our business. They are very helpful and personable, and often assist with whatever you are asking them about as soon as you contact them about it, so there is zero wait time, which is ideal!Konstantin at Optima has just helped us build a brand new website - which we are absolutely thrilled with. Konstantin could not have been easier to work with or more helpful. I definitely recommend Optima and have only had positive experiences with them.
